Same issue here, most files that download have ".jpg_s=somelongstring" as extension. Sometimes there's one that goes normally.

But also about 10% of files do not download anymore, the log indicates 403s. Sometimes closing/reopening the program will download a few again.

in general settings I always use the 2nd option: "Prepend image code"

since 4-5 days I get suspecious file extensions like in the screenshot attached.

renaming the file shows the picture afterwards
